We currently Ship anywhere in NZ for a flat rate of $5 (excluding Rural) and $9.00 to Rural Delivery addresses. We endeavour to get your item to you within 1-2 days for North Island Locations and 2-3 Days for South Island Locations

2. Do you have any teas without caffeine?
Yes - the majority of our teas are caffeine free and all of our teas are gluten free, vegan with no synthetics, flavourings or colours.
3. How do you find and source your teas?
After a few years of research and numerous conversations, we have built relationships with growers and suppliers that align with our values. We source from some remote places so relationships are built on trust and reputation.
4. Why is some of your tea non-certified Organic?
Some of our teas are wild and some are grown and harvested organically without the use of pesticides and chemicals. It's a very costly process in some countries to gain an Organic Certification, our non-certified organic teas are grown with the characteristics that it would as a certified organic plantation.
Many of the tea farmers are owned and operated by small family owned enterprises who have been practicing natural and organic farming for generations and where fair trade practices are never an issue.
5. Is your packaging sustainable?
Our new Tea Tubes are Cardboard and can be recycled or composted, the inner packaging is home compostable and the safety seal is also home compostable.
Our Tea Packs are soft plastic which can be recycled here in New Zealand Click here for recycling locations.
We are transitioning from the tea packs to the tea tubes so please bear with us whilst we make the move.
6. Why do you sometimes use non recyclable materials in the box when my tea arrives?
We are all about reduce. reuse. recycle and we have alot of bubble wrap etc which we have saved from items being sent to us. We want this to be reused as much as possible in the hope that it stays out of landfill.
7. Do you have a physical Store?
We are online and at Boutique and select Farmers Markets. We also supply to a few retail and can be found in curated gift baskets.
We are expanding our retail and cafe suppliers so please keep an eye on our Stockists Page for where we will be and when.
8. Can you Source a specific Tea for me?
We have a range of Organic teas that work with many ailments and wellness related issues. We are confident that there is something in our range for everybody.
