Shipping and Delivery NZ - 

We will ship your ordered items within 24 hrs of receiving your order.

Please note: This may be longer over busy periods and holidays 

We may provide an estimate as to delivery time, but that will be an estimate only.

Delivery is to physical mail boxes only (PO box deliveries unavailable). 

If you order on a Friday, We will send the order the following Monday.

We offer free delivery on all orders over $80 (Excluding Rural) 

$5 Delivery to Rural Addresses for all orders over $80

Shipping Rates are:

Flat Rate NZ $6.50 (excluding Rural) 

Rural Delivery within NZ $10.50

Rural Delivery addresses* We endeavour to get your item to you within 1-2 days for North Island Locations and 2-3 Days for South Island Locations.

You will receive an email when your order has been completed, however please allow at the most 4 days for delivery. 

*Shipping to Rural Areas

Please note: ALL Rural freight delivery addresses will attract a Rural Delivery surcharge. Please choose the correct shipping to avoid delays. 

For Rural area addresses freight companies reserve the right to charge a surcharge where they deem necessary. If the original shipping option chosen is not sufficient to cover the Rural Delivery Surcharge to deliver to your provided address, your order will be delivered to the nearest freight company depot address. When your order is ready for collection depot staff will give you a call to let you know.

If you are not able to collect it from the depot and require a door-to-door service, please contact us by email, and we can advise how to pay the extra fee for the rural surcharge needed to for the freight company to deliver the package to your provided address. Alternatively if you have a non Rural address (such as a business address) we can send your items out to you there.

All our parcels within NZ are sent without a signature required.  We do recommend that you let us know if you don't feel you have a safe place where the package can be left and we can send the parcel with signature required. 

We have no control over what happens to your package once the courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by the courier companies.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

Please note our tea tubes weigh more than 50g in total 

AUSTRALIA - We ship anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $12 NZ up to 300g

NORTH AMERICA - We ship anywhere in the United States & Canada or a flat fee of $25 NZ up to 300g 

UK & EUROPE- We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom & Europe for a flat fee of $22 NZ up to 300g 

We endeavour to get your item to you within 3-10 days with International Air Tracked for all International shipments however there are significant delays beyond our control due to COVID.

We charge a shipping charge for delivering you order, but that charge does not include any applicable import charges, duties, levies or taxes that may apply if you are ordering from outside New Zealand.


We do offer international shipping outside of the rates above, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Returns and Exchanges 

If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind just send it back unopened within one week of receipt. The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours but we will cover the cost of sending any replacement to you. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods that have been opened. 

Please note that items purchased through a special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged? - Please contact us at or call us on 021 1714738


We do not offer free glass replacements for breakages by fault of customer. 

The item must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging with no damage. Please notify us at before sending it back so we are aware for when it arrives to us. Please include in the package your name and order number. Once we receive you order back, with no damage and in original packaging we will process your refund.
